It's also a relief, because Mr Knightley's Diary - out in the autumn - will also have a fine art cover.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18955239.post-1141678911727446392006-03-06T21:01:00.000+00:002006-03-06T21:01:00.000+00:00I think the cover of your original novel, which I ...I think the cover of your original novel, which I enjoyed immensely, is superb.<BR/>Whilst I admire the skill of the illustrator for the large print version, I personally feel that these illustrated covers look a bit dated and have put me off trying regency romances in the past. I think book publishers should consider the impact that the covers have on people more seriously, I do not think they are making the most of the markets they could appeal to, but perhaps it is safest to stick to a readership you feel certain will buy your books. Sadly, I am sure they are missing out on a wider audience.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18955239.post-1141657554388220752006-03-06T15:05:00.000+00:002006-03-06T15:05:00.000+00:00I love the original cover! It seems more intimate, and intriguing.<BR/>The large print cover is nice, but it features Standard Romance Hero and he doesn't look awfully like my Darcy. But it's nice that it features Elizabeth!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
