In the US there is a tradition of well-loved authors writing Christmas stories - usually shorts or novellas. Have you considered joining forces on a Regency Christmas Collection? One possibility might be for you to revisit some of your characters either before or after your novels, and see them do something at Christmas (Darcy's Christmas Diary, that sort of thing).
A book like this could be done either for a charitable cause or as a straight commercial proposition, if you could interest a publisher.
Darcy's Christmas Diary? Now you mention it, Darcy's Diary covers two Christmases. One is the Christmas Darcy spends in London after first meeting Lizzy. And the second is Lizzy and Darcy's first Christmas at Pemberley, when they are married.
So if you want to read an extract, call back on 6th December!
Ohh, I'm so in. Though I never win at such giveaways. *grin*
